Adoptables TOS

PERMISSIONS:
1.) You can use the design for whatever you want
2.) You can redesign them. Any sort of alteration is permitted.
3.) Trading/gifting/reselling/transferring ownership for any value is allowed
RESTRICTIONS
1.) You cannot add your own TOS on top of mine when trading/gifting/reselling/etc my designs. If you want to trade, gift, resell, or otherwise transfer ownership of any of my designs, your TOS for them must be the same as my TOS. For example, this means that if you obtain an adoptable from me, and then want to put it up for trade, you cannot have restrictions such as "no redesigns" nor "no reselling" in to your TOS for that adoptable, since my TOS allows redesigns and reselling.

That also means you cannot add restrictions on redesigns, reselling, what the design can be used for, etc. My TOS has no restrictions on those activities, so your TOS cannot have restrictions (such as "redesigns cannot be too drastic" or "you cannot sell for above a certain price" or "you cannot use this design for gore art") on them either.
