During her youth, January was charged with second-degree murder and got 10 years in prison. Memories of the thrill of the kill never went away and so she joined the Army straight out of prison. Since America was in the midst of a war, her criminal record was easily overlooked.

Now January is toiling away in the South American theater of the war, constantly putting herself in danger and hoping for an opportunity to earn a post-humous medal of honor.

During the war she meets Corpsman Crispyguy and becomes friends with him.

Acting selfishly will intensify his worldly suffering. Gross indulgence will send him to hell where gratification does not exist.

He meets January during the war and becomes friends with her.

Corpsman Crispyguy will never heal from his maimed state but he covers this up with bandages, medical masks, eyepatches, and whatever other scraps of cloth he can use.

A war plane, tank, or battleship is more beautiful than anything in nature. Nemesis glorifies and romanticizes warfare.

The humiliation of America, the collapse of the Democratic and Republican Parties, and the disruption of American society as it was known for over a hundred years, had made room for new paradigms to emerge. Nemesis is running for president as a representative of the Thunder God Party.

The Thunder God Party's platform includes the centralization of infrastructure and devotion to the state through service and labor. Achieve purity of the state and integrity of the country through centralized authority. The TGP aims to reunite America and dominate the world again, but the primary rival, Freedom People's Party, has other plans for America's future.

Demon from hell who now lives in the human's world. Disguises herself with magic.

Chives is friendly to humans, but doesn't see humans as equals to her. She sees them in the same way that humans view animals.

The humans on Earth are different from the wild humans and domesticated humans that inhabit Hell, and the differences intrigues her. Primarily, that Earthly humans have largely domesticated themselves.

Abilities include resistance to extreme heat, along with being able to create miniature copies of herself out of parts of her own body. They can be re-integrated back into her body, but if they are damaged or destroyed, that will be reflected on the body part they correspond to.

Her name is Armory and she is an armory. She can create weapons by dismantling parts of her own body and fashioning a weapon out of them.

Angels are a hivemind, and share all thoughts with each other. Armory has no individuality.
